Benefits of Membership
- Participation in monthly membership meetings that include the following:
- Decisions regarding funding priorities
- Updates on funding opportunities
- Networking with other services providers
- Voting privileges regarding funding decisions and priorities.
- Help shape the direction of services delivery and public policy for emergency and homeless services in our community.
- potential support of projects requestinf fundign from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Florida Department of Children and Families, or other funding sources requiring the support or endorsement of ESHC.
- free copy of the annual Census and Survey of Jacksonville's Homeless Population
- Free Copy of the anual Continuum of Care Plan.
- Access to ESHC sponsored training opportunities on grant writing, coustomer service and issues related to homelessness.
- Access to the Jacksonville, Information Network and technical support (HMIS/NEFIN)
Membership dues for the Emergency Services and Homeless Coalition (ESHC) shall be charged to members on an annual basis, due in full by January of each year. The dues for members shall be structured as follows.

| Institutional Member, Level 2 (Annual Budgets less than $1 ml) | $199 |
| institutional Member, Level 3 (Annual Budgets $1 ml - 1.99 ml) | $399 |
| Institutional Member, Level 4 (Annual budgets $2 ml - $2.99 ml) | $599 |
| Institutional Member, Level 5 (Annual budgets $3 ml - $3.99 ml) | $799 |
| Institutional Member, Level 6 (Annual budget greater than $4 ml) | $999 |
| Consumers: Individuals currently participatiing in a program operated by an Emergency Service or Homeless Provider. | $0 |
ESHC values the contribution of all its members, particularly consumers. ESHC, therefore, will eliminate financial barriers to participation of consumers by charging no fee for membership.
